What is the best educational program/school for learning web design (including software like Flash)?
I would specifically be looking for a Masters program or other graduate program since I have a BA in graphic design. Also, I already have experience in Photoshop and Illustrator, but need more web experience using Dreamweaver and Flash, etc.
since you are experienced with PSP, you can try to get certified in flash, the flash certificate is highly apreciated…
as for schools, i think it all depends where you live, or where you plan to go to school, i live in chicago il, and there are quite afew over here, like the art institute, loyola university, culombia college have a master of art and design…
so its very relative to your geographical location preferences.
The most likely answer to your question is for you to shop around. Ask the faculty staff what all do they have in their curriculum. Ask them if they are able to pertain to your degree of study. With these questions, you should be able to get your answer. Good luck with your new degree.

Dreamweaver is development, not design. You’re talking about computer programming, and languages like HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, SQL, Ruby (computer programming and computer languages are totally different), techniques like Ajax and DHTML, understanding of things like the Document Object Model and the difference between client-side programs and server-side programs …
A BS in CS would be a good start. But over the years I’ve learned that even the best graphic artists make poor programmers and even the best programmers make poor artists. The thinking needed is too different.
